Mezz’s interior designer always put themselves in clients’ shoes and suggest the most suitable design style. We never boast the company background and culture. User-friendly with smart design is our aim.

Project management principle

We work it simple for time-saving. No extra documents; clear & straight-forwards contract and drawings. We provide work contracts with clear and easy-understanding terms and we believe the high transparency is the best way to protect clients’ benefits.

Project implementation management

We will coordinate with different parties, including our professional technicians, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. We will follow up the work progress and control the work quality without any hidden defects.

Free quotation and recommendation

We provide free quotations of full/ partial renovation for commercial/ domestic projects. Quotations include interior design, work regulation, license application and other recommendations, which can help to manage time and cost.

Quality satisfaction warranty

We focus on the work quality, so we closely monitor the work, by on-site inspection, material selection, production, logistic, workmanship, ect. Investigation would also be arranged after work completion to ensure the work quality.

Pre-/ post-support

We provide general maintenance services and even valve-added services during pre-/ post-work periods, e.g. tenancy suggestion, work tender, reinstatement, move-out management.
